Hi! I'm Leanne. I'm on a mission to create a world where everyone feels heard, valued and visible. I truly believe if we can show enough people how to communicate with empathy, together we will create healthier, happier, more productive workplaces and communities - and save lives.

In 2016 I developed the Lose Your Mind Virtual Reality Advanced Empathy Training Program and presented it to audiences in Australia, Canada and the USA. I have won awards for focusing on enhancing empathy in our workplaces and communities. Empathy First Online Training distills my most important learnings into simple, memorable, practical, accessible content.

I'm mother to Rowan and Zara, have a degree in Applied Science and a Graduate Certificate in Business (Nonprofit and Philanthropy Studies). I received a George Alexander Foundation Scholarship, am on the Nu Lambda Mu International Honor Roll, was invited to meet His Royal Highness, the Duke of York, lecture in Social Enterprise Business at Queensland University of Technology and in 2022 presented my first TEDx Talk Healthy Empathy Can Save Lives - Including Yours.
