Empathy First

These 5 tips will enhance the empathy and quality of my future emails. The content flowed well and was supported by great examples. As the course was structured in short bitesize sections, it was not just informative, but also a pleasure to consume.

I really liked the worked example in this course. It helped me to identify things which could be misinterpreted in ways I had never thought of before. It also helped me to understand how to better convey the meaning and emotions behind my emails and be better understood. Well worth the time for anyone sending emails which is EVERYONE!
